AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR AN INCREASE IN THE COMPENSATION OF STATE HIGHWAY SAFETY PATROL OFFICERS EMPLOYED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. (3) The Legislature shall appropriate the funds necessary to provide for the increases in compensation provided for in this section.
